This is your chance to display how unwavering your knowledge truly stands. A golden opportunity to present your work before the stalwarts of Mechanical Engineering. If you are aspiring to be part of a revolution, this is your shot at it. The event will give you a great experience by means of having your innovation, knowledge and aptitude evaluated by an exceptional panel of peers.

 

 

 

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

 

• Maximum of two authors per paper.

• PLAGIARISM, in any way, is strictly prohibited.

• Submission of abstract (in a word document) of not more than 250 words before the due date (20th Aug, 2014).

• Paper acceptance based on peer review of the abstract. Selected papers will be intimated by mail by 21st August.

 The final paper shall not exceed seven pages (including references, tables and figures) and shall be in IEEE format.

• The presentation should last a maximum of 7 minutes followed by a 3 minute query and answer session.

• All the team members must be present during the event. 

• The presentation should be in the form of Microsoft power point slides, not exceeding 16 slides.

• The selected participants should submit a soft copy (in CD only) and two hard copies of the paper (with abstract) printed in A4 size pages at the beginning of the event.

• The organizers reserve the right to change/update the rules of the contest at any point of time and will do their best to inform the participants of the same. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the teams to keep themselves updated. Violation of any rule can result in rejection of the paper.
